LED by Faith

An academy for lay ministry, enrichment, and discernment.

   The purpose of this ministry is three-fold: to provide education for lay ministry, enrichment for daily life and discernment of vocation for the church.

Training Path Options

  • LAY MINISTRY TRAINING – This path requires completing assignments by the instructors. The instructor will comment  on the lay minister's assignment whether or not the core competencies of the course were met.

  • ENRICHMENT FOR DAILY LIFE – There will be no assignments, this is for those that want to learn more about their faith, Lutheranism, and the Bible.

  • DISCERNMENT OF VOCATION FOR THE CHURCH – There will be no assignments, this is for those that feel they may be called to great service in the church and want to learn more.
